Payments
Please contact Dr Sell for details of her fee structure. Fees for consultation, assessment, investigations and therapy should be paid on receipt of the relevant report and invoice. Accounts are due within one month made payable to Dr D. Sell either by cheque or bank transfer. A receipt is provided to claim the consultation fee back from the appropriate insurance company. It is advisable to check the level and nature of your cover with the insurer before agreeing to the consultation. In the case of BUPA only, approval for the consultation should be gained and Dr Sell will issue the invoice directly to the company. Clients are liable should there be a shortfall.
Medical-Legal Work
Fees are based on an hourly rate for consultation with solicitor and client, preparatory reading of reports and medical notes, assessment of the client, the preparation of expert witness reports, travel, attendance at court and any other activity jointly agreed.
Embassy patients cannot be seen without a letter of guarantee from the Embassy.
Private Health Care Insurers
Dr Sell is a registered providers with BUPA, Aviva, AXA/PPP.
